TANVI

How are you feeling after winning the award?
It was a happy moment for me. It's when I got recognition for my work, I now feel to work harder.
How did you develop your career and what made you get into this field?
Career management according to me is really very important. I jot down the points setting up goals and create plans to achieve them. Also, I list all my tasks to ensure efficient working. I explored Digital marketing through a few siblings and found out this is what I want to do!
If you were to give a piece of advice to the people trying to get into this career field, what would it be?
I have just started with my career but I would like to tell you that besides the bookish knowledge the experience we have matters at the end of the day.
JATIN

How do you feel getting on the “Wall of Fame”?
I have been working for around one year and it feels really good when you get recognition after working for so long. It inspires me for working even harder!
How did you develop your career and what made you get into this field?
I was into software development earlier and use to sketch randomly. One of my friends introduced me to UI designing and then there was no turning back. I started learning new things about it, attending different conferences and events and always worked passionately to build my career.
If you were to give a piece of advice to the people trying to get into this career field, what would it be?
I always ask one thing to people who ask for advice "Are you looking for money, or you are genuinely interested? I think money also matters but whenever you are to choose any field you must prioritize interest, that's what will make you stand out! You need to be updated 24*7 and that can only happen if you are genuinely interested.
PREET

How are you feeling after winning the award?
I felt good, it inspires when someone recognises your efforts. I always try to be on time for the meetings and for project deadlines as well.
Any specific reason for you getting into this field? What are your views on how you developed your career?
I literally did trial and error when I started. I interned in Digital marketing during my winter vacation and found out that this is something I like doing. I am fascinated with the new digital marketing strategies and am working for over 7 months at Avian.
What will be a piece of advice for the upcoming generation in the field of Digital Marketing?
Keep exploring, keep trying new strategies you will have to be updated about trends when you decide to get into digital marketing, don't hesitate to try new things. I would say trial and error gives you a clearer picture.
