A.G.S is an organisation creating premium handcrafted leather bags. When we met the founder of A.G.S, he already had a logo and his product designed with a clear idea of how he wanted to present himself. He said I want to be seen as a luxury brand; I want to be an only men's store and I want to sell to guys who are respectable and act like a gentleman in the society. That's a lot of wants for one guy, but that really made our job easy. We were called in to design the website and build an online presence for the brand.
We analysed the existing brand, how they wanted to portray themselves in the mind's of their consumers after going through their line of products, getting the founder to fill up questionnaires and a series of interviews to know exactly what he wanted his brand to be perceived as. His logo was a perfect fit so we didn't really tamper with it. We created a colour palette and font palette around his logo; which we had later used to design the website.
After having the brand guidelines and the style guide down; the next step was to map down all the interactions and experiences, which we wanted our users to go through. We created a blueprint of the website indicating all the elements and mapping the pain points and gain points of the users. After a few iterations; we were finally able to come to the perfect design for our client!
